Glows best when charges with a UV light but can also be charged with regular light as well. 

HIGH QUALITY flatback Glow in the Dark rhinestones. These are NOT hotfix stones, and must be applied with your choice of glue. We recommend an industrial strength adhesive when applying your rhinestones. 

Approx. 1000pcs per bag - Our Rhinestones are packaged by weight and will vary by count in each pack as it is impossible to count each tiny stone individually. The number of rhinestones listed is only a close estimate.
